- luxury automobiles and supercars;
- fine art, artwork, and collectibles;
- jewellery and precious assets;
- luxury eyewear and accessories;
- such other luxury or investment-grade assets as may be introduced from time to time.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, SSS Lux acts solely as a neutral listing and facilitation platform. The Company does not, by default, own, sell, broker, auction, or take custody of assets listed by third parties.

- Authenticity, Verification and Due Diligence: While SSS Lux may, at its discretion, undertake internal inspection, authentication assistance, or technical evaluation of certain assets submitted for servicing, restoration, or listing, the Company:
- does not independently verify or guaranteethe accuracy, completeness, or authenticity of third-party information or documentation;
- relies on representations, documents, and disclosures provided by customers, sellers, galleries, dealers, or partners.
Such documentation may include invoices, warranty cards, certificates of authenticity, provenance records, ownership documents, or other supporting materials.
The final decision regarding whether an asset is accepted for listing, servicing, restoration, or facilitation shall rest solely with the Company. However, such acceptance shall not constitute a warranty or guarantee as to authenticity, condition, or value.
- Third-Party Ownership & Documentation: The clients submitting watches for trading/ resale, repair and upgradation shall be required to ensure legal ownership and provide original documentation (invoice, warranty card, authentication certificate, etc.). That by engaging with SSS Lux, the client declares and undertakes that:
- The watch is not stolen, counterfeit, or encumbered by any third-party claims.
- All documentation provided showcasing its ownership is genuine to the best of their knowledge and as such, the Client has full authority to authorize sale, servicing, or modification of the watch.
The Company shall not be held liable for any claims or disputes arising from false representations, inaccurate disclosures, or defective title provided by any user or third party.
- Pricing, Evaluation and Market Risk: The valuation, pricing indications, estimates, or quotations provided by SSS Lux are indicative onlyand are based on factors such as:
- prevailing market conditions;
- brand, rarity, demand, and condition;
- availability of documentation and provenance.
Prices and valuations are subject to change following physical inspection, further verification, or fluctuations in market demand. Quotations are typically valid for a limited period (generally three (3) to five (5) working days), unless expressly stated otherwise.
The final acceptance of any valuation or price remains entirely at the discretion of the customer or seller. The Company does not guarantee resale value, appreciation, or investment performance of any asset.
- Service Timelines: All service and upgradation timelines communicated are indicative and subject to change based on the complexity of the work and availability of components. As such delays may arise due to unforeseen technical issues, availability of parts, third-party logistics, or other circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
The Customers will be informed of such delays as and when they occur. No claims or penalties shall be entertained on the grounds of delay alone.
- Limitation of Liability: SSS Lux will take utmost care in handling assets but will not be responsible for damage or loss due to unforeseen circumstances, third-party logistics delays, or acts beyond our control. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, SSS Lux Private Limited shall not be liablefor any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:
- loss, theft, or damage during transit or handling by third-party logistics providers;
- force majeure events or circumstances beyond the Company’s control;
- delays in services or missed timelines;
- misrepresentation, non-disclosure, or breach by customers, sellers, buyers, or third parties;
- inaccurate valuations, pricing changes, or market fluctuations.
While SSS Lux endeavours to exercise reasonable care in handling assets where it provides servicing or facilitation, luxury assets, particularly vintage or high-value items, which carry inherent risks, including part unavailability, post-service performance variations, and aesthetic subjectivity. Such risks shall not give rise to liability or claims against the Company.
- Third-Party Listings, Partners and Referrals: SSS Lux may, from time to time, facilitate introductions, referrals, or collaborations with third-party partners, galleries, dealers, advisors, or service providers. Any engagement, transaction, or service availed by a user from such third parties is governed by separate contractual arrangementsbetween the user and the relevant third party.
SSS Lux does not assume responsibility for the acts, omissions, services, representations, or outcomes of such third parties unless expressly agreed in writing.
- Use of the Website: Use of this website does not constitute a binding agreement for any service until formally acknowledged by our team. Any unauthorized use of the website or its content is strictly prohibited.
